Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate how work culture affects Kochi's IT workers' job performance and well-being. Understanding how workplace procedures, organizational support, communication, workload, teamwork, leadership, and work flexibility affect employs' general well-being and productivity in the quickly evolving IT industry is the main goal of the study. The study uses a quantitative research approach and suggests employing a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale to gather primary data from Kochi IT workers. It is anticipated that the study would show a strong correlation between increased employee well-being and better job performance and a supportive and good work culture. Employee well-being is anticipated to be positively impacted by organizational support, good communication, teamwork, leadership support, a manageable workload, workers autonomy, and flexible work schedules. The study comes to the conclusion that workplace culture can have a significant impact on improving job performance and fostering well-being in the IT industry. IT companies may be able to enhance employee outcomes and organizational effectiveness by establishing a work environment that is encouraging, adaptable, inclusive, and employee-focused. The results should help HR managers and organizational leaders create workplace policies and procedures that promote worker performance and well-being.
